Refund & Returns Policy

General Guidelines

• Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
• To qualify for a return, the product must be:
  • In its original, unused condition.
  • Packed in its original packaging, along with any included documentation or accessories.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Opened or used consumable items.

Conditions for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Suppose the return is due to reasons such as a change of mind. In that case, the item may still be returned at the customer’s expense, provided it meets the eligibility criteria and is returned within the 15-day window.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We’ll arrange a replacement or suggest an alternative product, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
• For all other reasons:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

• Once approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be offered either by bank transfer or in the form of a store voucher.
